1. About these terms

This page is maintained by VIA LSE LTD to explain the terms that apply when you use the Via Tec website, visit our store, or purchase products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

3. Using the website

The website is provided for information about our products and services and to let you start a purchase enquiry. We aim to keep product details, descriptions, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct mistakes and update information at any time without notice.

You must not use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or attempt to interfere with the site or its systems.

4. Product information and pricing

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown for guidance. Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and may change without notice. A price listed on the site does not guarantee stock availability. Condition labels such as "New", "Refurbished", "Sale", or "Bundle" describe the product status at the time of listing.

5. How to purchase

To purchase a product, click the "Purchase" button on a product card to send a text message to 07776 012431. Your message will include the product name, category, and price. Sending a message does not create a binding contract. We will confirm availability, final price, and collection or delivery options before the sale is complete.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the point of sale. We may accept cash, card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Full payment must be received before items are handed over or dispatched, unless we have agreed a different arrangement in writing.

7. Returns, refunds, and warranty

New, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refurbished and pre-owned items are covered by any warranty stated at the point of sale, typically a 12-month warranty on refurbished devices unless otherwise stated.

Warranty covers defects that were not caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear. Software, digital downloads, and accessories may have different return terms, which will be confirmed before purchase.

8. Trade-ins and valuations

Trade-in valuations given online or by message are estimates. The final value is confirmed after we inspect the item in person. Items must be as described, without major damage, and must be reset to factory settings and free of personal accounts before handover.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to make sure the site is accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version that was current when you made your purchase or enquiry.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
